Construction Continues - June

It's exciting to see the forms go up for the foundation walls. We owe a big thank you to Allen for keeping us in the loop and providing pictures of the building progress.

Things are moving along very well, choices are still being made. In some instances we are changing our minds on some things. The garage is coming along great and the septic tank is going in today. We changed our minds on the stone work for the front of the house and we decided to put a wine cooler into the island, who doesn't want a wine cooler. Here are some of the latest pics.

Home Stretch

Well we are in the home stretch now, lots of things are starting to happen all at once. Sandra and I are very anxious to finally move in but there are still a few weeks left until every thing will be done. Kitchen cabinets are starting to go in this week, the fireplace and wood stoves have been installed, and the floors are done. Here are some pics of the progress:
