Clearing the land

Well several years later we are now ready to make the move to NB. Our plans are to move in the summer of 2018. However, the a builder needs to be selected and we need to get the land cleared so we can start building in the spring. We looked at a lot of designs but in the end we decided we wanted an average sized bungalow with a walk out basement. We wanted a fairly simple home that would still look nice but allow us to save on building costs so we could spend more money upgrading the things inside the house. Ok, more on that later, the first thing is picking a builder and home. We found the Amberwood by Beaver Homes and Cottages. It fit all of our needs. Sandra made the trip to the Miramichi Home Hardware and spoke to Guy, she was really happy with the service and all the information he provided. The decision was made. Sam Daigle was highly recommended as a builder. We sat with Sam and told him of your ideas. He came out and looked at our property and gave us some ideas. We really liked Sam so the decision was easy to choose him.

So in the fall of 2017, Sam got busy getting the land cleared
